Getting Ready!

I am going to be starting a journey of healthy living, beginning with a 100 day challenge that I found on Sparkpeople.com.

I know it's going to be a lot of work. I know I'm going to be in pain once in a while from all the exercise. I know I will feel hungry at first.

I have to do this. For my health. For my family. For God. He gives us self-control. It's one of the Fruits of the Spirit. I know with Him, I will accomplish my goals.

So here it is, if you want to take it with me. The 100 day challenge... I'm starting tomorrow, October 2, 2013, by cleaning out my fridge and pantry, and weighing-in; something I'm definitely not looking forward to...
